Amy F. Miller
Amy is a trial lawyer from Seattle, Washington. She brings passion to everything she does and believes that representing clients is about becoming each clients’ friend, confidant, and their advocate. From a young age, Amy learned independence, drive, motivation, and to never take no for an answer.
She has represented plaintiffs for over a decade in cases stemming from auto collisions, medical malpractice, product defects, and premise liability injuries. After switching from the defense to the plaintiff’s side in 2012, she has successfully tried many cases to verdict. In addition, Amy took over a year out of her practice to live in Atlanta, Georgia and Florida to work under the great trial lawyer, Don Keenan. Amy continues to teach and is active within the Keenan Trial Institute.
Prior to forming Miller Olsen PLLC, Amy worked as a professional malpractice and negligence defense attorney in the Seattle area. Having represented plaintiffs as well as working on behalf of insurance companies, Amy brings extensive trial experience, from multiple perspectives, to her clients.
Amy’s compassion spreads outside of the office where she serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for young children in dependency disputes, as well as provides pro bono work for legal clinics in King County.
